4 killstreak – you’ll need four kills in a row (without dying) to acquire the care package.

Effect
The care package is a killstreak that most Modern Warfare 2 players will be very familiar with. When called in, a crate is dropped containing one of the other possible killstreaks in the game. The care package in Black Ops is known to contain random killstreak rewards, as well as special weapons such as the Death Machine, a large mobile Gatling Gun and the Grim Reaper, a 4-canister rocket launcher.
