After delaying it until the end of the week, Edge has finally posted its review for Bungie's Halo Reach.

Edge has added its vote of approval to a significant number of others by awarding Halo Reach an impressive 9/10 score.

The review wastes no time by describing Bungie's finale as the "kind of game built to last through years of playing and expansion", going on to say the game is "the most complete Halo experience yet".



The review praises the open-ended and varied nature of the gameplay and the "tightly engineered AI".

Although Reach is a tougher game than previous Halos "the intricate but sturdy foundations built for Halo 3 remain in place," it says.

Despite a few issues at launch, Reach has had the biggest entertainment launch of 2010 so far.
