Finnish game developer Frozenbyte is proud to announce that a playable demo of Trine
has been released on the US PlayStation Store. Weighing in at 234 MB,
the demo features the first two levels of the game, complete with
voiceover narration and the same characters and abilities as the full
game, available now. The demo also supports the co-op feature with up
to three players simultaneously.
Trine is a fantasy action / platform game where the player can
create and use physics-based objects to beat hazardous puzzles and
threatening enemies. Three heroes are bound to a mysterious device
called the Trine in a quest to save the kingdom from evil and the
player can at any time freely choose whoever is best suited for the
upcoming challenge or puzzle.
Trine was released in North America on October 22nd to great
success, debuting at #1 in the most downloaded games in the PlayStation
Store for the launch week.
