Aliens vs. Predator isn't due out until early next year, but it appears
developer Rebellion will be ready to hit the ground running with DLC as
the studio has revealed that it already has downloadable content "in
production".
Speaking in a TVG interview, AvP's Senior Producer,
David Brickley said, "The intention is that this is a proper reboot
that is well supported and does new and interesting things with the
title.
"Obviously, part of rewarding people who like it and
stick with it in the first instance is to keep it going with whatever
we can offer in downloadable content," Brickley continued, "and there
are certainly things in production that will be following up the game's release hopefully, which will be a good 'un, so we can just about get the money to do any more things."
For PC owners with a DX11 compatible graphics card, that DLC is going to look better on PC than the console versions according to Rebellion. Click through here to find out why and stay tuned for our incoming preview of AvP.
