We learned that GameServers would be providing our servers for Black Ops all the way back in September, but the news surrounding GameServers’ involvement in Black Ops has been relatively silent over the past couple months. So, just what has GameServers been up to? We set out to do a bit more research on our exclusive server provider, and we wanted to share our findings with you here.
During our research, it quickly became apparent to us that GameServers shares Treyarchs dedication and passion to serving the community. The inclusion of dedicated servers itself, support for which was sorely missed in Modern Warfare 2, was a nod from Treyarch to the community. GameServers operates the latest in server technology, is prepared for the massive popularity and server demand on November 9th and has committed themselves to exceeding gamers’ expectations:
“We are placing a great amount of pressure on ourselves to ensure that we exceed any and all expectations.” – David Aninowsky, CEO, GameServers.com
We’ve also seen the dedication that GameServers brings to the community in consistently adding new locations to their lineup of server locales, which now includes:
The United States of America
Canada
Denmark
Italy
Russia
Poland
France
The Netherlands
Spain
Brazil
Australia
South Africa
Japan
The United Kingdom
GameServers is constantly adding support around the globe, so if you don’t see your locale listed be sure to let them know here.
